Westley Design’s Director, Michael Westley is a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (C.M.L.I), and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (F.H.E.A.). Michael has been a Lecturer in Architecture at Plymouth University School of Art Design & Architecture for twenty six years, and is an approved trainer for the Commission for Architecture & the Built Environment (CABE Space), Design Council CABE, Royal Institute for British Architects (RIBA), The Landscape Institute L.I. and Creative Excellence South West.

He has delivered training and project development facilitation to regional and local government, as well as other public & private sector organisations, consultancies, schools & community groups.

Our academic research and practice focus informs research & publication collaboration exploring inclusive public realm, green infrastructure & wellbeing, healing & care environments, and play settings
